Job summary

Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC is seeking an experienced MEP Technician in the United Arab Emirates to install, maintain and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in buildings and facilities. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to read blueprints, with a focus on safety and code compliance.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in MEP, a technical certification, and be prepared for on-site work in commercial environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in MEP fields.
• Min. 3 years as an MEP technician in commercial, industrial or residential settings.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair MEP systems in buildings and facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on MEP equipment.
• Read blueprints and schematics; document work and repairs.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and vendors as needed.
