Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive MEP Technician to handle all mechanical electrical and plumbing maintenance and installation tasks in commercial residential or industrial projects. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of MEP systems and should be capable of independently executing assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation maintenance and repair of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve MEP issues across HVAC electrical circuits and water/plumbing systems.
  

• Interpret and understand technical drawings layouts and schematics.
  

• Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance checks.
  

• Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental standards.
  

• Maintain service reports and documentation for all completed work.
  

• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to execute MEP works as per project timelines.
  

• Monitor usage of tools and materials and report shortages or damaged equipment.
  

• Assist in emergency repairs and attend to urgent service requests.
  

• Support inspections and quality checks as per regulatory and client standards.
