Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience in Facilities Management, preferably in high-rise towers/buildings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; good knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently.
• Monitor building systems to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections and report faults or operational concerns.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technical teams to complete maintenance activities.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety and company standards.
