Job Purpose

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Mechanical and Electrical Site Engineers to join our project team for a prestigious mega hospitality development in Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring the execution of MEP works in line with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and coordinate day-to-day site activities for mechanical/electrical systems.
• Review project drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely execution of work as per the project schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines for smooth project delivery.
• Monitor material deliveries, installations and ensure compliance with approved submittals.
• Carry out inspections, testing, and commissioning of systems.
• Ensure all works adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight site challenges to the project manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–8 years of site engineering experience, preferably in hospitality, high-rise, or large-scale commercial projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and relevant codes/standards.
• Proficient in reviewing drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
