Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a hands-on site supervisor to oversee MEP, maintenance and civil works across multiple Dubai sites. You will coordinate technicians, subcontractors and day-to-day site activities to keep projects on track.

The role requires UAE experience, a valid driving licence, and strong reporting skills using WhatsApp, email and MS Office. You will travel between sites, ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction, and hand over completed work.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in MEP, facilities maintenance, technical services or civil works.
Experience supervising technicians and site workers.
Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
Willingness to travel between Dubai sites and locations.
Proficient in basic reports using WhatsApp, email and Microsoft Office.
Good communication and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise MEP, maintenance and civil works at multiple sites.
Coordinate technicians, subcontractors and site activities.
Plan daily manpower and allocate tasks based on project requirements.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work is completed according to specifications.
Monitor work quality, productivity and completion schedules.
Coordinate with clients, engineers and project management teams.
Prepare daily work reports, progress updates and material requirements.
Ensure proper usage of tools, materials and manpower.
Monitor safety requirements and ensure site teams follow company procedures.
Attend client complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
Verify completed work before handover.
