Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of all MEP works on large building projects. You will ensure systems meet specifications, budgets, and schedules, while coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing and ELV systems.
• Experience with BIM coordination and project collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP activities from design through handover.
• Develop and implement MEP execution strategies.
• Monitor progress to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate with project directors and site teams.
• Review and approve MEP drawings and submittals.
• Coordinate with civil/architectural teams to resolve clashes.
• Ensure compliance with local authorities and standards.
• Lead BIM coordination activities.
