Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a skilled Project Planner to develop detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, monitor progress, and report to management. The role requires coordinating with site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to keep critical path activities on track.

The ideal candidate will handle delay analysis, look-ahead scheduling, and support EOT claims while maintaining WBS cost loading and cash-flow forecasts across multiple ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Experience planning complex projects using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Ability to monitor progress, identify risks, and report to management.
• Strong coordination with site teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and identify delays; prepare corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and S-curves with variance analysis.
• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors on critical path activities.
• Manage EOT claims and planning support for variation orders.
• Maintain WBS, cost loading and cash-flow forecasting.
• Liaise with clients and consultants for schedule approvals and progress meetings.
