Job summary

The role requires strong knowledge of Primavera P6, cross-disciplinary coordination, and ability to produce dashboards and schedule analyses. A mechanical/electrical/civil engineering background is expected, with relevant certifications viewed

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP planning and scheduling.
• Experience in multidisciplinary MEP projects.
• Familiarity with baseline schedules and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed MEP project schedules.
• Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and progress updates.
• Monitor MEP activities against approved schedules and identify potential delays.
• Coordinate planning activities across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Track project milestones, resource requirements, and critical-path activities.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and schedule variance analyses.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams to align MEP activities.
• Support recovery planning and schedule revisions when progress deviates from plan.
