Job summary

Al Rostamani Group of Companies LLC in UAE seeks a Planning Engineer - MEP to lead scheduling and coordination for complex rooftop and building projects. The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and at least 5 years in planning for MEP systems on large-scale projects, with knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of planning and scheduling experience on MEP systems in construction.
• Experience with large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules for MEP installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams for accurate activity sequencing.
• Monitor progress against milestones and timelines; report risks and delays.
• Identify and implement corrective actions; manage changes in Primavera P6.
• Support budget monitoring, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders; participate in meetings.
• Document planning records and handover schedules; ensure proper closeout.
