Job summary

Lotschberg General contracting Co .L.L.C in Abu Dhabi seeks a Planning & Quantity Surveying professional with up to 3 years of relevant experience. UAE experience is mandatory, and a related Bachelor's/Diploma is required.

Candidates should be proficient in project planning, quantity take-off, BOQ, estimation and cost control. Familiarity with MS Excel and Primavera P6/MS Project is preferred. UAE-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in Planning & Quantity Surveying.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Experience in electrical projects / infrastructure projects is required.
• Knowledge of project planning, quantity take-off, BOQ, estimation, and cost control.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Primavera P6/MS Project is preferred.
• Ability to prepare progress reports, quantity measurements, and project documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
