Job summary

Spectrum Cube Technical Services L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems on large-scale projects in the UAE.

You will conduct site inspections, manage subcontractors, and review shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• PE license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP site supervision on large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems per design specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to identify deviations or defects in mechanical installations.
• Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements from subcontractors for compliance with project requirements.

Education

Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
