Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai is seeking a seasoned MEP Stores Supervisor to manage daily operations of the project store, ensuring accurate receiving, verification, and issue of MEP materials against POs and delivery notes.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock levels, coordinating with QA/QC, procurement, and logistics, and ensuring proper storage, traceability, and reporting. UAE/GCC experience is preferred for large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in MEP, stores management, or related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant MEP stores/material management experience.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred; Dubai/Abu Dhabi project exposure advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing MEP materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the MEP project store.
• Receive, verify, and issue MEP materials against POs and delivery notes.
• Inspect quantities, specs, model numbers, and condition of received materials.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, MEP engineering, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Maintain inventory, stock levels, and ERP records for traceability.
• Ensure safe handling and storage; report non-conforming items.
