Job summary

Emirates Electrical Engineering LLC is seeking an experienced MEP Estimation Engineer - Mechanical to review HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting drawings and prepare accurate Bill of Quantities and cost estimates for residential, commercial towers and industrial buildings in the UAE.

The role requires a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with 5–7 years of estimating MEP projects, hands-on in PlanSwift, knowledge of HVAC Design and ESCO integration.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in estimating MEP projects HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting for residential, commercial towers, and industrial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and estimate HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting works based on tender documents and drawings.
• Coordinate with Estimation Manager and peers to prepare precise Bill of Quantities and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to obtain supplier offers and support bid submissions.
• Prepare detailed material and resource quantities including labour, plant and equipment.
• Integrate energy-saving measures with ESCO team where applicable.
• Attend site visits to assess existing mechanical systems and update estimates.
