Job summary

Radiant360 Integrated Technical Services LLC in Dubai seeks an MEP Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and techno‑commercial proposals for MEP and related building maintenance projects.

The role is full‑time and on‑site in Dubai. You will review drawings, specs, tender documents, and client requirements, coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, and maintain organized estimation records to support winning bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in MEP estimation, facilities management, maintenance, or construction projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take‑off, and rate analysis.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, layouts, and technical documents.
• Good supplier/subcontractor coordination and negotiation skills.
• Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with estimation software (advantage).
• Good understanding of UAE market rates, building systems, and site execution requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, site inspection reports, and client requirements.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and techno‑commercial proposals.
• Estimate MEP works (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, ELV, firefighting, pumps, tanks, piping, and related maintenance/rectification works).
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and technical details.
• Compare supplier/subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparison sheets.
• Identify scope gaps, exclusions, assumptions, and commercial risks before proposal submission.
• Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams for proposal, LPO, and project handover requirements.
• Maintain records of estimates, submitted quotations, supplier pricing, and project cost data.

The candidate will prepare accurate cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and technical‑commercial proposals for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and related building maintenance projects.

Role Description

This full‑time on‑site role is based in Dubai. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, specifications, tender documents, site inspection reports, and client requirements to produce detailed cost estimates and BOQs. The engineer will coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, project engineers, procurement teams, and management to ensure accurate pricing, scope coverage, and commercially viable proposals. Support functions include tender submissions, quotation preparation, value engineering, cost comparison, supplier follow‑ups, and proposal documentation. The role also involves maintaining organized estimation records, tracking submitted quotations, and assisting in technical clarifications during client discussions.
