Fatherson International Fze is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator in Dubai to oversee coordination of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems on prestigious projects. You will review shop drawings, resolve clashes, and liaise with BIM modelers, site engineers, QA/QC, and project managers to keep works aligned with drawings and schedules.

The role requires strong communication, multi-activity management, and a track record of delivering high-rise, commercial, and residential MEP

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator in the UAE or GCC.
• Experience in MEP contracting companies is preferred.
• Strong experience in high-rise buildings, villas, commercial and residential projects.
• Must have practical experience in MEP site coordination and drawing review.

Coordinate all MEP services, including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems.

Review and coordinate MEP shop drawings with architectural and structural drawings.

Identify and resolve clashes between different MEP services and civil/structural elements.

Coordinate with Draftsmen, BIM Modelers, Site Engineers, QA/QC Engineers and Project Managers.

Review HVAC ducting, chilled water piping, drainage, water supply, cable trays, conduits and firefighting layouts.

Ensure proper routing, installation clearances, ceiling coordination and equipment accessibility.

Conduct regular site inspections to verify MEP installation works against approved shop drawings.

Attend coordination meetings with consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.

Review technical submissions, material submittals, RFIs and method statements.

Coordinate with consultants to obtain approvals and resolve technical comments.

Monitor MEP work progress and ensure timely completion according to project schedules.

Prepare and maintain coordination drawings, technical reports and site records.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable UAE authority regulations and safety requirements.
