Chain Reaction in Dubai is seeking a Regional Marketing & PR Manager to lead brand visibility across the MENA region. You will shape and execute comprehensive regional strategies across marketing, PR, events, and partnerships, coordinating with local teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate has strong storytelling, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution skills, with deep knowledge of the MENA media landscape and a proven ability to drive integrated campaigns in agency or tech

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in marketing or PR.
• Experience in agency, tech, or digital environments.
• Strong understanding of MENA markets and media landscape.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
• Based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional marketing and PR strategy across MENA.
• Lead PR, media relations, thought leadership, awards and speaking opportunities.
• Drive integrated campaigns across content, social, events and partnerships.
• Manage agencies, freelancers and regional stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning while adapting to local markets.
