Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to join the EMEA PMO team based in Dubai with responsibility for leading and coordinating strategic programmes across the MENA region. This role will serve as the regional champion for programme excellence, driving delivery of complex multi‑disciplinary initiatives that support JLL’s growth and operational objectives across MENA markets.

Qualifications

7+ years of programme/project management experience in professional services or real estate.
3 years of experience managing programmes in the MENA region.
Proven track record delivering multi‑million dollar programmes.
Experience working in matrix organisations and managing virtual teams.
Fluent English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple large‑scale cross‑functional programmes across the MENA region.
Develop comprehensive programme roadmaps, timelines and resource allocation plans.
Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
Coordinate with regional country heads and local market teams to ensure programme alignment.
Act as Oracle’s representative across all programme management activities in the MENA region.
Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders on programme performance.
Mentor and develop local programme management capabilities.
