Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in the UAE is seeking a Director – Head of Project Management for UAE Project & Development Services. Based on-site in Dubai, you will own the strategic growth, delivery and P&L for PMC in the UAE, lead the PM team, win bids, and set governance standards across complex projects.

You will build senior relationships with developers, investors and authorities, drive strategic plans, manage risks, and represent JLL at industry forums.

Qualifications

• Essential degree in project or construction management or engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in the UAE, with knowledge of local authority processes, contract forms, market practice and client expectations.
• Business and financial acumen including strategic planning and execution leading to growth, P&L management, forecasting and budgeting.
• Demonstrated PMC leadership in the UAE, including senior responsibility for large or complex projects.
• Proven record of leading bids and winning work, with strong business development skills.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and competitor landscape, including pricing PMC services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the UAE project management team; plan resources and recruit leaders.
• Lead PMC bids and proposals in the UAE from go/no-go to contract award; manage pursuit strategy.
• Own the UAE PM P&L, annual plan and three-year outlook; oversee fee proposals and resourcing.
• Oversee governance, risk, quality and client reporting across PM engagements.
• Represent JLL in industry events, client forums and senior-level presentations.
