Manpower Middle East is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the Human Resources function across the MENA region. The role focuses on aligning HR strategy with business objectives, developing a high-performing workforce across multiple units and markets.

You will partner with the executive team, drive talent management, succession planning, performance frameworks, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with GCC labor laws and HR governance standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Master's degree and/or professional HR certification preferred (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing HR across multiple units, industries, or locations.
• Strong knowledge of GCC and MENA labor laws and regulations.
• Expertise in talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, ER, and workforce planning.
• Experience partnering with executives to drive transformation and growth.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
