Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Dubai seeks an Analyst for its IB Coverage team, focusing on MENA accounts and a broad range of advisory and capital markets activities. The role emphasizes rigorous financial modelling, strong communication, and collaboration across regional teams.

You will support origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM deals, conduct market research, and mentor junior colleagues within a large, matrix-based organisation.

Qualifications

• M&A and Corporate Finance advisory experience across advisory and capital market products.
• Proven execution skills in M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities.
• High initiative, pro-activity and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor juniors within a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support wider Coverage efforts on key MENA accounts.
• Coordinate and assist origination/execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM for MENA clients.
• Conduct sector/company research, valuations, credit analysis and modelling.
• Communicate with clients, advisers and senior bankers in origination/execution.
• Use regional knowledge to guide client materials and assist Sector/ Product bankers.
• Help develop and mentor junior team members.
