Job summary

A Dubai-based position in Emerging Markets Debt Capital Markets requires a talented Associate 1 to support origination and execution of DCM deals across MENA and beyond. You will work closely with senior bankers and product partners to structure and close transactions, including sovereigns, financial institutions and corporates.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of investment banking experience, ideally in DCM or GCM.
• Strong understanding of debt capital markets and fixed‑income products.
• Experience with bond issuance and debt financing transactions.
• Proficient financial and credit analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Bloomberg familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, structuring and execution of DCM transactions.
• Assist with client pitches, financing proposals and presentations.
• Prepare market updates, credit analysis and investor materials.
• Analyze issuer finances, capital structures and debt maturity profiles.
• Support relationships with issuers and investors.
