Job summary

Fairmont The Palm seeks a guest services associate to assist with the ReConnect membership program and daily guest operations in Dubai. You will manage check-ins, provide class and pass information, handle payments, and maintain membership records with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a polished appearance are essential. Fluency in English and Russian language ability will support a premium service standard at a luxury resort on Palm

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
