Job summary

WeWork in Dubai seeks a Community Lead to elevate the member experience at their location. You will report to your building and ensure WeWork standards, curating events, introducing members for business opportunities, and creating a welcoming environment for members and their guests.

Role focuses on engagement, Move-In/Move-Out processes, events, and building operations, with Enterprise or Classic location variations; you will support front desk coverage and liaise with Sales/Accounts to foster

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in hospitality.
• Proficient local language and understanding of local culture.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask projects from start to finish.
• You are attentive to detail and manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
• You enjoy and thrive at continually growing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Complete quarterly conversations with owned accounts to maximise membership value.
• Anticipate member and guest needs to personalise their experience.
• Follow up with members who left negative feedback in Medallia.
• Follow the model for issue resolution, ensuring the solution meets the member's needs.
• Review Medallia responses to identify improvements and drive proactive changes.
• Support front desk coverage and ensure daytime operations are covered.
• Conduct pre-move-in meetings and complete New Member Orientation.
• Plan and host weekly community events with the Events team.
• Manage building operations, including energy levels and access control.
