Job summary

Dubai Holding Community Management seeks an Executive - Customer Engagement to serve as the primary contact for residents, handling inquiries, visits, and escalations with empathy and efficiency.

You will build lasting relationships, anticipate needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution, while maintaining accurate CRM records and communicating upcoming events to the community.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer service, client-facing, or community management role.
• Proficient with CRM software and other customer management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for resident inquiries and escalations.
• Build strong relationships with residents and respond proactively.
• Anticipate resident needs and provide personalized support.
• Handle complaints and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of interactions and preferences in the CRM.
