WeWork Middle East DWTC FZE is seeking a Community Lead to elevate member experience at our UAE location. You will manage events, move-in and move-out processes, and drive engagement with members and guests while upholding WeWork standards.

The role focuses on building a welcoming community, coordinating with the Events and Sales teams, and maintaining smooth building operations. Ideal candidates have hospitality background and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in hospitality.
• Proficient local language and understanding of local culture required.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly conversations with owned accounts to maximize membership value.
• Anticipate member and guest needs and personalize experiences.
• Follow up on negative feedback to improve service delivery.
• Support front desk scheduling and ensure coverage during business hours.
• Plan and host weekly social events to build community within the location.
• Conduct morning walkthroughs and address building issues.
• Lead tours for VIPs or prospective members as needed.
