Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Mega Release Manager to lead and coordinate our flagship game launch initiative. This role is pivotal in orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing end-to-end project execution, and ensuring that every Mega Release becomes a standout event across our network of operators, streamers, affiliates, and players. You will own the full lifecycle of each Mega Release, from early planning and internal alignment to the final marketing push and post-launch optimisation. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Streamer Relations, Compliance and Operations to ensure flawless execution and maximum impact. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and confident Project Manager with a strong marketing understanding, who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at stakeholder management. Gaming industry experience is a plus but not essential.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Own and drive the Mega Release project plan, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
  • Establish and manage the overall release calendar, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment across Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Partner teams.
  • Liaise with Account Management to secure marketing contributions, promotional placements, and exclusive activations.
  • Coordinate with the Streamers and Marketing Teams to execute campaigns.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all teams involved in Mega Releases.
  • Ensure the creation of high-quality marketing assets (trailers, banners, big win clips) in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Oversee the rollout of social media campaigns, streamer events, and affiliate promotions.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real-time.
  • Align with the promotions team on the delivery of Network and Bespoke promotions.
  • Work with Commercial Marketing Director and the Board of Directors to define budgets for Mega Release initiatives.
  • Allocate resources effectively across paid media, content production, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct post-launch retrospectives to capture learnings and optimise future Mega Releases.
  • Propose innovative ideas to elevate the Mega Release experience.
What We Need From You
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management and / or Marketing; gaming industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content production, and social media activations.
  • Skilled in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Trello).
  • Speak English natively or be completely fluent.
