Job summary

Andaz Dubai The Palm is seeking a Bartender to deliver courteous, professional service and contribute to the smooth operation of the bar in line with Hyatt International's brand standards.

You will confidently recommend beverages that complement our Mediterranean cuisine, ensure exceptional presentation, and work closely with restaurant and culinary teams to uphold cleanliness and responsible beverage service.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in hotel operations or as a Bartender, preferably in a Mediterranean or specialty restaurant.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Confidently recommend beverages that complement the restaurant's Mediterranean cuisine while ensuring exceptional presentation and quality.
