Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee installation and commissioning of mechanical systems on site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2–4 years of hands-on site experience, with familiarity in HVAC, plumbing, piping or heavy machinery, and knowledge of Indian codes. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in mechanical site supervision or construction roles.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, process piping, or heavy machinery installation.
• Familiarity with Indian engineering codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage installation and commissioning of mechanical systems on-site.
• Interpret and implement engineering drawings, blueprints and technical specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components with other project elements.
