Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer role based in Dubai. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing HVAC and mechanical systems, including selecting components, creating technical drawings, and preparing specifications. Daily tasks include performing engineering calculations, supporting CAD modeling, reviewing designs for compliance with industry standards, and contributing to R&D activities for improved energy efficiency and system performance. The role involves coordinating with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects from concept through commissioning. The Mechanical Engineer will also support documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and after‑sales technical solutions to maintain system reliability and client satisfaction.
The Mechanical Design Engineer – MEP is responsible for developing and reviewing mechanical designs for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems. The role involves preparing shop drawings, material submittals, and calculations, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. The engineer will work closely with senior engineers, MEP managers, and site teams to provide design support and technical solutions.
