Job summary

AW Rostamani Group in Dubai is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Helper to support mechanical maintenance activities. Fresh high school graduates are encouraged to apply, with no prior work experience required.

You will assist senior engineers to inspect, maintain, and repair equipment, read engineering drawings and manuals, and participate in preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, gaining hands-on experience within a diversified regional group.

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of departmental productivity and operational efficiency targets.
• Assist in optimising resource utilisation and minimising equipment downtime.
• Assist Senior Engineers and Supervisors with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with approved procedures.
• Support troubleshooting activities and assist in identifying the root causes of equipment failures.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, manuals, and schematics.
