Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our client’s team in Dubai. The role focuses on HVAC and plumbing system design, estimation, and project coordination for villas, warehouses, and commercial buildings.

You will perform load calculations, ducting design, chilled water systems, and ventilation planning; prepare BOQs and tender submissions, and coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design and estimation.
• Experience on villas, warehouses, commercial buildings, or similar projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant HVAC design software.
• Familiarity with UAE/GCC standards and local authority regulations.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our clients team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and plumbing systems design, estimation, and project coordination, with experience handling projects such as villas, warehouses, and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC and plumbing systems for villas, warehouses, and commercial buildings.


• Perform HVAC load calculations, ducting design, chilled water system design, and ventilation planning.


• Prepare plumbing system designs in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.


• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and technical proposals.


• Handle tender submissions and technical documentation.


• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.


• Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.


• Ensure designs comply with UAE/GCC standards, local authority regulations, and applicable project specifications.

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing systems design and estimation.


• Experience working on villas, warehouses, commercial buildings, or similar projects.


• Strong knowledge of HVAC load calculations, ducting, chilled water systems, ventilation, and plumbing design.

• Familiarity with UAE/GCC standards and local authority regulations.


• Excellent coordination and communication skills.


• UAE/GCC work experience is preferred.


• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
