Apt Resources is actively seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our client’s team in Dubai. The role focuses on designing HVAC and plumbing systems for villas, warehouses, and commercial spaces, with emphasis on load calculations, ducting, and chilled-water systems.

You will prepare BOQs and cost estimates, manage tender submissions, and coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery under UAE/GCC standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design and estimation.
• Experience on villas, warehouses, and commercial buildings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design software.
• Familiarity with UAE/GCC standards and local regulations.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
