Job summary

Client of Angel Gulf Jobs seeks a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to supervise installation activities on Abu Dhabi projects. The role requires strong leadership, site coordination, and the ability to read complex drawings and specs.

You will coordinate with contractors and other engineering teams, monitor progress and quality, ensure safety compliance, and deliver documentation and reports to project management. On-site work with flexible hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical engineering and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with installation, maintenance, and inspection of mechanical systems.
• Strong leadership and site supervision skills with coordination across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage mechanical engineering and installation activities.
• Review and interpret drawings, plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Supervise mechanical works onsite and ensure proper execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other teams.
• Monitor progress, quality, materials, and workmanship.

• Identify and resolve site mechanical issues.
• Prepare site and progress reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure timely completion.

Job description

• Plan supervise and manage mechanical engineering and installation activities
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings plans specifications and technical documents
• Supervise mechanical works at the project site and ensure proper execution
• Coordinate with contractors subcontractors consultants and other engineering teams
• Monitor project progress quality materials and workmanship
• Ensure mechanical installations comply with approved drawings specifications and standards
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related mechanical issues
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure quality control of mechanical works
