Training Strategy & Delivery*** Design and implement training programs for distributor field forces, beauty advisors, pharmacists, and internal teams.* Develop and adapt training materials for diverse audiences (scientific, commercial, digital).* Conduct face-to-face and virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops.* Ensure consistent messaging aligned with global brand strategy and brand scientific positioning.**2. Scientific Engagement*** Act as scientific referent for Export markets.* Organize and participate in scientific meetings, congresses, and roundtables with healthcare professionals.* Review and update technical and scientific materials for accuracy and compliance.* Support DCPC ‘Phase IV’ - post marketing - studies and maintain scientific platforms when required.**3. Educational Content Development*** Create engaging training content, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive tools.* Develop educational games, quizzes, and assessments to reinforce learning.* Monitor and analyze training effectiveness and adapt programs accordingly.**4.
