Job summary

Dow seeks a Technical Service and Development Specialist to lead technology applications and solve complex challenges across the MEAT region. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, and manufacturing to deliver innovative Dow-enabled solutions.

You will mentor colleagues, drive IP development, and represent Dow at industry events, while building strong customer relationships and leading cross-functional projects for growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or a related field.
• Experience supporting customers within Infrastructure, Mobility, Consumer, or related market segments.
• Involvement in intellectual property development, patents, technical publications, or industry presentations.
• Experience working in a multinational or geographically diverse business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and application development support to MEAT customers across multiple segments.
• Develop and promote differentiated technical solutions that create value and support Dow’s objectives.
• Lead technical projects, roadmaps, and innovation initiatives including IP development.
