Job summary

APRIL UAE is seeking a senior regional sales leader to drive MEA growth for Cut Size and Offset Paper. You will own forecasting, pricing, negotiations, and channel management to achieve volume, revenue, profitability, and market share targets.

Lead regional sales teams and distributors, build strategic partnerships, and coordinate with supply chain and marketing. Extensive travel across the Middle East and Africa will be required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 12–15 years in sales/commercial roles within paper, pulp & paper, printing, or related industries; regional leadership exposure preferred.
• Technical: Strong understanding of paper markets, pricing, and international trade.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets across MEA for Cut Size and Offset Paper.
• Manage complete sales cycle including forecasting, pricing, negotiations, and order fulfilment.
• Drive regional sales growth through channel management, distributor development, and direct engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships.
• Present regular sales reports, reviews, and market analyses to management.
• Lead and develop regional sales teams to achieve objectives.
