Job summary

Client of Sensate Talent seeks a Media & PR specialist to develop and deliver integrated media and communication strategies across the Middle East. You will collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to build brand awareness and support business objectives through paid, owned, and earned media activities.

The role requires expertise in media planning, PR, and multichannel campaigns, with a strong understanding of ME audiences and culture.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in media planning, public relations, or integrated marketing communications.
• Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern media landscape and regional audience behaviors.
• Experience managing agency relationships, campaign budgets, and multichannel campaigns.
• Ability to translate global strategies into effective local execution.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• Audience-first approach balancing brand storytelling and measurable business outcomes.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual media and PR strategies aligned with divisional priorities and business objectives.
• Work with agency partners to develop media recommendations, campaign plans, and channel strategies.
• Adapt global media guidelines into locally relevant plans for Middle Eastern audiences.
• Build integrated media plans across digital, social, search, video, print, OOH, cinema, and more.
• Use insights and market intelligence to guide media planning and investment decisions.
• Recommend budget allocation across campaigns and product launches.
• Align paid, owned, and earned media for consistent messaging and coordinated campaigns.
• Manage PR activities, including media relations and press communications.
• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and propose improvements.
