Mindray UAE seeks an experienced service trainer to deliver clinical training and application support in Dubai. You will identify customer training needs, summarize issues and coordinate solutions with HQ, while guiding the CAS team to enhance technical capabilities.

You will design training plans for new testers, provide systematic instruction to help them obtain certificates during probation, and support large projects with new products and high-end customers.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in IVD local service; experience in Hematology/Bio-chemistry/Immunoassay and hospital LIS systems preferred.
• Experience in building a service technology system is preferred.
• Good communication with engineers.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal, logical thinking and communication skills.
• LIS connection experience; basic IVD clinical knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Use clinical insight to identify customer training and service requirements; summarize issues and solutions; escalate to HQ with clear feedback.
• Analyze gaps, train and guide team members to improve technical capability; organize internal training.
• Establish training plans for new CAS; provide systematic training to pass probation certificates; evaluate capability improvements.
• Support large projects and new product deliveries for high-end customers and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Use clinical insight to locate customer training and application service requirements, support on case handling, and be capable to summarize the common issue and solution/protocol, For escalated case, delivery the information to HQ clearly and keep follow up the solution from HQ, feedback to CAS timely.
• Analysis the improvement gaps for team member, conduct the training and guide team member to improve their technical capability, and organize internal training to establish an expert team
• Establish the training plan for new CAS and to provide systematic training to them to pass the certificate in the probation period, and also evaluation the capability improvement of new CAS
• Support on big project delivery, especially on new product product or high end customer.
• Support on distributor centralized training

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in IVD Local service, experience in Hematology/ Bio-chemistry/ Immunoassay and hospital LIS system is preferred.
• Experience in building a service technology system is preferred.
• Have good communication ability, and can communicate smoothly with Engineers.
• Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal, Logical thinking and Good Communication Skills.
• LIS connection experience.
• Basic IVD clinical knowledge.
• Teaching Experience is needed.
