Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in IVD local service (5+ years).
• Experience in Hematology / Biochemistry / Immunoassay.
• Experience building a service technology system.
• Ability to communicate smoothly with engineers.
• Teaching experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and application service support to customers.
• Summarize common issues and solutions for escalation to HQ.
• Analyze improvement gaps and conduct internal training to enhance technical capability.
• Support large project delivery including new products and distributor training.
