McGraw Hill is seeking a Head of Academic Unit – MEA to lead the regional academic team and drive adoption of K‑12 solutions across the Gulf. Based in our Dubai office, you will partner with schools, distributors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to create meaningful educational impact at scale.

In this role you will shape product and marketing strategy, deliver high‑impact presentations, and mentor academic colleagues in a complex multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM or related field.
• Minimum five years of teaching experience at elementary/K‑12 level.
• Leadership experience or strong leadership potential across roles.
• Ability to engage credibly with school leaders, teachers, and education stakeholders.
• Strong digital literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfort with online tools.
• Willingness to travel regionally (40%) and overnight travel as required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive solution selling by partnering with Sales and Marketing leadership on key accounts and connecting priorities to McGraw Hill's products.
• Lead and support the Academic Unit across the MEA region, mentoring colleagues to deliver excellent results.
• Build and strengthen distributor partnerships with regional distributors for sales enablement and alignment.
• Deliver high-impact presentations at major accounts and translate educational content into compelling narratives for school leaders and teachers.
• Shape marketing and product strategy by acting as the Voice of Sales for materials and roadmaps.
• Provide product training to the field team to empower effective representation of product lines.
• Bring market intelligence to life by tracking trends in K–12 education and digital learning.
