Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM or related field.
• Minimum five years of teaching experience at elementary/K–12 level.
• Leadership experience or potential in regional contexts.
• Ability to engage with school leaders, teachers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MEA Academic Unit across UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.
• Mentor academic colleagues to achieve results in a multi-market environment.
• Strengthen distributor partnerships with regional distributors.
• Deliver high-impact presentations to major accounts and opportunities.
