Siemens Energy in the UAE is seeking a Government Affairs Manager for Gulf & Regional Coordination (MEA) to shape policy engagement and translate regulatory developments into business opportunities. You will lead cross-market strategies across Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and UAE, while coordinating regional priorities and governance with the Head of Government Affairs MEA.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 4–6 years of relevant Government Affairs or Public Policy experience.
Strong knowledge of Gulf region political, economic and regulatory developments.
Ability to translate geopolitical developments into commercially relevant business recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

Develop and implement Government Affairs strategies across Gulf markets.
Monitor developments and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Build relationships with governments, regulators, utilities, embassies, and industry bodies.
Coordinate regional Government Affairs initiatives and governance.
Prepare executive briefs and leadership communications.
Track KPIs and support regional events.
