Al Shirawi is seeking a senior leader to own the MDG strategy amid a migration to SAP S/4HANA (RISE with SAP). You will govern data taxonomy, chair the Data Governance Council, and drive data quality, migration readiness, and executive alignment across the enterprise.

The role requires 10+ years leading MDG/MDM initiatives, hands-on SAP MDG on S/4HANA, and strong executive presence to influence senior leaders and drive accountability. Bonus: UAE experience and related certifications.

10+ years leading MDG/MDM initiatives in complex enterprises.
Hands-on SAP MDG and data migration experience on S/4HANA (RISE).
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsabilités

Own the MDG strategy, data taxonomy and governance framework.
Chair the Data Governance Council and secure executive sign-off on data definitions.
Design taxonomies and hierarchies across Material, Business Partner, Financials/COA and Assets.
Lead cleansing, mapping and validation with SI partners and migration platforms.
Report DQ KPIs and readiness scorecards to executive management.
Challenge legacy data habits and hold the business accountable.
