Job summary

Oasis Investment Company in Dubai seeks a senior Master Data Governance (MDG) leader to drive governance, taxonomy, and data quality across SAP S/4HANA migrations.

You will chair the Data Governance Council, align business and technical models, and partner with system integrators to ensure accurate data migration from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA within a RISE framework.

This role requires 10+ years of MDG/MDM leadership, executive communication, and strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading MDG/MDM initiatives in complex enterprises.
• Hands-on SAP MDG implementations and data migrations in SAP S/4HANA (RISE).
• Experience migrating data from Oracle E-Business Suite to SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong leadership and business acumen influencing senior leadership.
• Excellent executive communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance across business units and ensure executive sign-off on master data definitions.
• Define and enforce enterprise master data policies and ownership matrices.
• Lead migration workstreams with partners and monitor data quality KPIs.
• Oversee data quality and readiness during S/4HANA migration.
