Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor of Education degree, or an initial degree together with a relevant teaching qualification such as a PGCE, State License, or equivalent specialising in Mathematics.
• Have proven experience teaching Mathematics at High School level, ideally within an American or IB curriculum school.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning and practical Mathematics instruction.
• Be an excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
• Show a commitment to continually improve their practice and deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences for their students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies to inspire a love for Mathematics and foster critical thinking skills.

Position Overview
