Job summary

Reap HR Consultancy seeks a qualified Mathematics Teacher to join our UAE education team. The role targets Arab/Western nationals or native English speakers with IELTS 6.5+ and a PGCE, delivering IGCSE A-Levels and IB mathematics with strong classroom management and ICT integration.

You will design differentiated lessons, assess progress, and mentor students in exam preparation, contributing to a multicultural learning environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics or related field.
• PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
• 4–5 years of teaching experience in IGCSE/A‑Levels or IB Mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and rigorous mathematics instruction aligned with IGCSE A-Levels and IB curricula.
• Design and implement differentiated lesson plans for diverse learning needs.
• Utilize ICT tools and digital platforms to enhance teaching and interaction.
• Monitor and assess student progress with formative and summative assessments; provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and contribute to reporting processes.
• Foster an inclusive, disciplined classroom environment supporting development.
