Job summary

Redford Recruiters partners with UAE campuses to recruit a highly qualified Mathematics Teacher. The role targets Arab/Western nationals or native English speakers with IELTS 6.5+, delivering IELTS-prep alongside IGCSE, A-Levels, and IB math instruction across multiple campuses and student groups.

The successful candidate will have a PGCE, a strong track record in classroom management, ICT integration, and curriculum delivery, and will contribute to assessment design, reporting, and student

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field; PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification mandatory.
• Minimum 4–5 years of teaching experience in IGCSE, A-Levels, or IB Mathematics programs.
• Proven expertise in classroom management and student engagement strategies.
• Strong command of ICT tools and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and rigorous mathematics instruction aligned with IGCSE, A-Levels, and IB curricula.
• Design and implement differentiated lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and promote critical thinking.
• Utilize ICT tools and digital platforms to enhance teaching effectiveness and student interaction.
• Monitor and assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and contribute to reporting and review processes.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that supports academic and personal development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and participate in departmental meetings and professional development.
• Support students in preparing for external examinations, including IELTS, and guide them in academic planning and career pathways.
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives, including extracurricular activities and student mentoring programs.
