Job summary

Kanad Hospital is seeking a Maternity Care Coordinator to oversee care coordination and administrative support across the maternity pathway, ensuring exceptional service for antenatal patients and those with high-risk needs.

The role involves coordinating appointments, referrals, investigations and multidisciplinary services while maintaining DOH standards and clear communication with patients and teams to support a safe, compassionate and seamless maternity journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maternity services, women's health, patient navigation, care coordination or related fields.
• Experience coordinating high-risk obstetric patients and multidisciplinary care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient journeys across antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal and discharge phases.
• Facilitate maternity registration, onboarding, scheduling investigations and referrals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary reviews and care planning for high-risk pregnancies.
• Support patient education and navigation of hospital services and resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor maternity pathway KPIs and patient experience.
