Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute material planning activities according to procedures and requirements.
• Review material needs using forecasts, schedules, and inventory data.
• Analyze availability and identify shortages or gaps;
• Submit material requisitions to procurement within timelines.
• Maintain accurate planning records and update changes.
• Monitor inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, and quality teams.
• Track KPIs and prepare regular material planning reports.
• Identify and mitigate material supply risks; escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and process standards.
