Job summary

Basatin Landscaping SPLLC is seeking a Material Engineer to manage submittals, testing, and documentation across landscaping, irrigation, and infrastructure projects in the UAE. You will coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely approvals and compliant materials.

The role emphasizes preparation of material submissions, review of technical data, and maintaining approval records to support efficient procurement and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience with material approvals, submittals, testing coordination, and consultant approvals.
• Familiarity with UAE municipal requirements and material testing requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Material Submittals per project specs and consultant requirements.
• Review datasheets, certificates, warranties, and compliance documents prior to submission.
• Coordinate material testing with laboratories and ensure timely test completion.
• Maintain submission schedules and track approval status with suppliers and QA/QC teams.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams on material approvals and documentation.
• Prepare weekly/monthly material engineering reports and maintain records.
